Warm greetings from the CWH Santa Claus School!

As we gear up for another enchanting year of festivities, we want to share some important information regarding our communication and availability.

The CWH Santa Claus School is a magical place that opens its doors for just three days each year, from October 10-12. While Santa and his dedicated elves work diligently behind the scenes throughout the year, our school operates actively during this special time.

Please be advised that we do not have a business phone line. Instead, we prefer to spread joy through email communication.

However, to ensure we can attend to all correspondence effectively, kindly note the following:

• Email Handling Schedule: Our emails are read once a month, with regular reviews starting in August.

• Winter, Spring, and Summer: During the winter, spring, and summer months, we appreciate your patience as responses may take some time. Rest assured, we are diligently preparing for the festivities and will do our best to respond in a timely manner.

• Email Replies: We will actively reply to emails, ensuring that every message is attended to with the care it deserves.
