Warm greetings from the CWH Santa Claus School!

As we prepare for another enchanting year of festivities, we’d like to share some important information about how to reach us and what to expect.​

Our school is a magical place that opens just three days a year, October 9–11, for an unforgettable experience of joy, learning, and holiday spirit. While Santa and his team of dedicated elves are hard at work behind the scenes year-round, active operations at our school take place during this special time.

How to Reach Us​​

We do not have a business phone line; we prefer to spread joy through email. Please note the following about our communication process:​

• Email Handling Schedule: We read emails once a month, with regular reviews beginning in August.

• Seasonal Availability: During the winter, spring, and summer months, responses may take additional time as we focus on preparations for the festive season. We appreciate your patience during these months.

• Email Replies: Rest assured, every message is read with care, and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner.
